Studaro is a young and dynamic Student & Graduate Consulting Agency that enables Belgian and international students and young graduates to get the most out of their early stage professional career. We focus on student jobs related to the educational background, as well with their search for a first graduate job to help them launch their dream career.

We believe in the added value and potential of young talent, so we act as a bridge to connect them with the business industry. Driven by this belief we cooperate with employers that are ready to invest their time in young graduates.


Job Description
As a Digital Sales Strategist you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks:

You will proactively search for new potential customers and will make use of our innovative digital sales process we've developed ourselves.

You manage your client portfolio and are responsible for the set-up of meetings and deal closing.

You are the point of contact for the customer success of your clients.
4
You arrange the contracts, customer files and follow up on the administration.
5
You are responsible for the training and guidance of your own sales interns.

HR is a people's business, so being a people's person is definitely a plus! You have a commercial mindset, like clear communication and have an entrepreneurial attitude.

You are able to share thoughts and build meaningful long-term relationships with clients.

You have a Bachelor's degree and at least two-three years of working experience in the field.

Working in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment doesn't put you off. You see it as a challenge to work in an accelerating start-up and take control of your responsibilities.

You're an open-minded and enthusiastic person that likes to work in a team.
6
You're fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.

Able to work with CRM software.
